How does payment work? ▼
Payment is securely processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We accept international credit cards. The subscription is recurring — monthly or annual — and can be managed or canceled at any time through the customer portal.
Can I cancel anytime? ▼
Yes. There's no lock-in or cancellation fee. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the Free plan and you keep your captured data.
Is there an annual discount? ▼
Yes! By subscribing annually you save 25% compared to the monthly price. The full amount is charged upfront.
Is there a free trial? ▼
Yes! All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your card is saved but not charged. Cancel anytime in the first 7 days at no cost, per CDC Art. 49. After 7 days, billing starts automatically.
What does priority support include? ▼
On Pro and Team plans you get email support with responses within 24 business hours. On the Enterprise plan, support includes a dedicated channel (Slack or Teams) and a contractual SLA with responses within 2 hours.
Is my data safe? ▼
Yes. Data is stored in SQLite on the server and is not shared with third parties. On the Enterprise plan you deploy internally — data never leaves your infrastructure.
